Women Leaders Linkedin Webinar

Friday Apr 8, 2022 11am – 11:45am AEST

    • Are you committed to increasing the numbers of women in leadership roles in your organisation, but you’re not making the progress you want?
    • Is your organisation’s relevancy, attractiveness and profitability at risk by not prioritising the inclusion and empowerment of women?
    • Are you frustrated and feel there is no way through?

(Even if you can’t make it, register and I’ll send you the recording)

As we know, more women in leadership roles is good for women – and good for business. Yet organisations are not as successful as they’d like to be in keeping and empowering the leadership of women. As the 2021 IBM Women in Leadership Study found, “Today there are fewer women in the pipeline to fill executive roles than in 2019. Without effective, immediate interventions, the loss of future leadership talent poses a long-term risk for organisations and for the economy as a whole.”

In your organisation or team, do you have

    • Great women dropping out – or thinking about it?
    • Women disempowered and resigned?
    • Great women and you want them to step up, but you’re not getting traction?
    • Commitment to change this, but you don’t know how?
    • Amazing women but you don’t know how to get the best from them?

There is a way to empower and elevate the leadership of women, and it doesn’t come from a deficit position of needing to fix women. Breaking through this paradigm is essential to catalysing the extraordinary contribution and leadership women offer.

In this webinar you will

      • Learn the 3 keys to elevating women leaders
      • Understand the role of mindsets
      • Gain tools to increase bandwidth and decrease stress
      • Feel hope that a new approach is possible
      • Be inspired at what can be possible when women in your organisation are empowered and supported
