With two decades as a CEO and Global Vice President, I understand the weight of leadership. I’ve led through uncertainty, scaled organisations, and worked across cultures and systems. My coaching draws on this lived experience to offer both challenge and support — a space where new insights can emerge, unhelpful patterns can shift, and grounded, authentic leadership can grow.

What I've seen again and again - from remote villages to Fortune 500 boardrooms - is that people are far more capable, visionary, and powerful than they've been led to believe. This belief sits at the core of my work. I coach from the understanding that when leaders reconnect with that inner capacity, extraordinary things become possible.
